Why It Matters

Human trafficking is a human rights issue that affects every community—including ours. Freedom Fest raises awareness and mobilizes action to support survivors and prevention programs right here in South Florida.

What to Expect:

  • Live music The Dizzy Dawgz is a West Palm Beach–area house band fronted by the talented Karen Kropfeld, performing steady gigs at local venues like Village Music Wellington Café. Their signature sound blends classic rock and folk covers with strong vocals and musicianship—typically a trio configuration featuring bass, guitar, and drums.
  • Delicious refreshments
    • BBQ by Park Avenue BBQ Grille (they will have their food truck at this event)
    • Drinks and additional bites available from The Brewhouse Gallery
The Brewhouse Gallery is our vibrant host—an arts-driven craft brewery and live music gem in the heart of Lake Park. With walls adorned by local artists, a laid-back lounge atmosphere, and top-tier beer, wine & coffee, it’s a beautiful setting for an evening that uplifts those who do not live in freedom.
  • Silent Auction – Auction items include original art and jewelry by local artists and well as gift certificates for events, services and restaurants.
  • Community atmosphere – connect with compassionate supporters and volunteers
